2026–2027 Program Overview
Rooted in Discovery meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Our schedule is intentionally structured to balance academic focus with movement, social connection, and hands‑on engagement.

Curriculum Overview
Rooted in Discovery uses secular, academically rigorous, evidence‑based curricula chosen for clarity, depth, and developmental appropriateness.
History
Curiosity Chronicles: Snapshots of Medieval History
A narrative‑based, multicultural, secular history program that emphasizes:
- Primary sources
- Global perspectives
- Critical thinking
- Historical cause and effect
- Understanding how evidence shapes our knowledge of the past
Science
R.E.A.L. Science Odyssey: Biology
A hands‑on, lab‑rich science curriculum focusing on:
- Scientific method
- Observation and data collection
- Cell biology
- Human body systems
- Ecology and life cycles
- Evidence‑based reasoning and scientific literacy
Both programs are designed to support multi‑age learning while maintaining academic rigor. Optional homework will include independent reading, essay prompts, and either a collaborative or independent Minecraft Final Project. These may be submitted for feedback and grading if desired or completed simply as an academic exercise to add depth of knowledge and solidify understanding.
